Penny….what can we say about Penny except that she needs
someone to love her and to teach her how to be a dog.
Although she loves to run through water from a hose,
Penny really doesn’t know how to play. Penny was given
up because she frustrated the family’s developmentally
challenged son – we have no idea why or how, but Penny
is sweet and very much in need of a forever home. She’d
probably be best in a home without other pets. |
