When Sadie was found wandering around the neighborhood she was malnourished and very flea-bitten. Since the family who found her could not locate her owners, they decided to take her in. Unfortunately, poor Sadie is out of luck again as they have been forced to move into an apartment complex where she is not allowed to live.
Sadie is very, very sweet with people. This is what the family had to say about her: "We have a three-year-old who dresses her up and lays on her and sometimes, much to our chagrin, pulls her tail. Sadie either looks at her mournfully, or just lays there sweetly. She loves to be petted and loves to cuddle up to people. She makes friends with every person she meets. She hardly ever barks, except for when she sees other dogs. She loves to run, but does pull a lot on the leash. She loves tennis balls and chewing real beef bones.
Sadie would be a great dog for someone who likes to exercise a lot outside, or a family with young children. Even the mother of the woman who took her in loves her, and she doesn't like dogs! :)
We are not sure as to how old Sadie Blue is but we are guessing around 4 years old. As good as she is with people, she should not be around cats nor other dogs.
