Koby is an absolutely wonderful 9-10 month old puppy who was saved from a kill shelter where they had no room for him. Due to the fact that he is so amazing a lot of strings were pulled and he ended up here with us at Satchel’s.
As with most rescue dogs, we don’t know what breed he is but he does look like a mix between a Red Nose (color and those ice green eyes) and a Basenji (the ears). What we do know is that he is housebroken, crate trained, and that he gets along well with other dogs and children. Don’t know about cats yet but if you have any, we will test him in our cat room.
Koby is a very, very happy dog and greets everyone with a smile and a tail wag. He is sweet, submissive, rolls over on his back and just wants to be petted & loved. In his short time at Satchel’s he has become a favorite of both staff and volunteers. He loves to go for car rides and walks as well as play.
