Black Mouth Curr Mix / Male / Born February 2010 / (still growing, will be large)
Jack was found laying in a road and was almost run over. The woman who found him couldn't just leave him laying in the road to die. He was emaciated and sick and needed help, so after inquiring around the neighborhood and hearing the family who owned him didn't want him any longer, she scooped him up and took him to the veterinarian. On top of being starved, the puppy had Parvo, a very dangerous disease that can be prevented with a vaccine. Jack struggled to survive. With great medical care and determination, he did survive and is now a happy, healthy 6 month old puppy who needs a great home.
We believe he may be a Black Mouth Cur mix and has the traditional brown body with a black muzzle and floppy ears. Jack is crate trained, knows sit, loves to run and play with other dogs. Jack loves everyone and everything and is the happiest dog we have at Satchel's. He would make a great addition to your family.
