Poor Bella is once again looking for a home. (This time, please make it permanent). Bella (who used to be named Darby) was found on the street with her mom and siblings when she was only about 6 weeks old. Lucky for them their story came to the attention of Satchel's Last Resort and they all ended up being fostered by a staff member. Once they were ready to be adopted, they left one by one, including mom. But now poor Bella is back in her foster home as the family who adopted her was not prepared for the work involved with having a puppy.
Bella is a super sweet girl and so pretty. What you don't see in the photos is that she has a half a tail that is crooked. Makes her even cuter. She is good with kids (lived with a three year old girl). She likes other dogs (living with five right now). She spent a night with relatives who have two cats and they did not report any problems so we assume she likes them as well. She walks well on a leash and has recently discovered how much fun swimming is.
Bella is looking for a home, preferebly with a fenced in yard, and humans who will give her the exercise 6 month old puppy requires as well as mental stimulation.
If you are looking to adopt a great puppy, call Ralph at 941-870-1944 or send an e-mail to: comments@satchelslastresort.com and make an appointment.
